CGS MONTHLY MEETINGS
Held on the third Tuesday of each month, typically 5:30pm-8pm except December. We are always looking for and open to venues who might want to host us for our monthly meeting. Depending upon the venue/weather/time of year, we typically have 25-35 members/people who attend any given meeting. Our annual trade show could expect 150-225 people.
Our typical meeting time line is as follows:
5:30-6:15pm: Gather/Network/Enjoy refreshments/Possible Tour time
6:15-7:00pm: Guest Speakers (including host)
7:05pm: Short Break (Guest speakers may depart)
7:10-8pm: CGS Officer Reports/Older and New Business/Near and Dear Sharing
Please note, we typically include and invite our friends and colleagues from the Seattle Hotel Concierge Association to our meetings (in the interest of increasing attendance and lessening the burden on the hosting entity) .
