Thank you for your interest in participating in this year’s trade show at Supernova in SODO!

A few things to note:

Registration is on a first-come, first-serve basis and we have space for about 28 vendors so please consider signing up early!

Our venue this year is a two-level nightclub setting (rather than a more corporate event space). After the trade show portion, we will be clearing the floor for an impromtu dance party for the last hour.

We invite and include members from the Concierge Guild of Seattle (we are about 80+!) and the Seattle Hotel Concierge Association (representing hotel concierges). (Visit Seattle is a member of both organizations.) We also invite and welcome our colleagues in the hospitality industry including Management, Front Desk, Sales, Catering, Restaurants, Tours, etc. as well as Event Planners and people in other hospitality-related fields. We hope everyone who is not a vendor is able to RSVP so we have an accurate count.

***Vendor tables this year will be 6 feet x 30 inches and cost $125 unless you are a complimentary food and/or beverage provider . We are also offering 9 tables with a Premium Location (on the dance floor) for $150. Half tables may be available for $75 based upon availability.

***If you have your own table covering, you may bring/provide it—-please let us know in advance.

***We encourage food vendors to provide hearty samples where possible as alcohol is also being consumed. If you know what you’d like to serve or have any questions, please indicate that in the comments section below!
